Who we are
Daimon is operated by The Private Intelligence Company, 2261 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94114 (“we”). These terms apply when you use the Daimon apps, daimon.work, and the Daimon Pro plan. Google authorization and other third-party services remain subject to their own terms. The service is offered in English; availability may vary by location.
Your account and content
Use only accounts and content you are authorized to access. Keep your device and sign-in credentials secure. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, unsolicited bulk messages, abuse, or attempts to bypass security or usage limits.
You retain your rights in your content. You permit the processing needed to provide the features you choose, as described in the privacy policy. Review generated text before sending: AI output may be incomplete or incorrect, and you are responsible for your outgoing messages.
Daimon Pro
Local use of Daimon is free. Daimon Pro costs $20 USD per month before applicable taxes, billed monthly. One personal subscription covers your connected mailboxes and devices and includes a monthly allowance for AI features that run in Private Cloud. The account page shows the remaining allowance and its reset date.
Unused allowance expires at the end of each period. Running out pauses Private Cloud until the next period; it never triggers an extra charge. There are no top-ups or overages. Free local features remain available.
An invitation includes a code for one free month of Daimon Pro, entered at checkout. Starting it requires a payment card and creates a subscription that becomes paid automatically when the free month ends unless you cancel before then. Cancelling during the free month ends access when the free month ends, without a charge. Each account can receive one free month. A paid subscription renews monthly until cancelled.
Payment, cancellation, and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record for Daimon Pro and is identified at checkout. Stripe’s purchase terms apply to the transaction, and taxes are calculated at checkout.
You can cancel future renewal at any time from the account page. Paid access continues through the end of the current period. If a renewal payment fails, hosted access may continue for up to three days with limited usage while payment is resolved, then pauses. This does not apply when the first charge after a free month fails: hosted access ends with the free month. A disputed charge suspends hosted access and new subscriptions while the dispute is open, and permanently unless it is resolved in our favor. Payment problems never affect your local mail.
Refunds are described in the refund policy. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.
Availability and changes
Features may change or be interrupted. If Private Cloud cannot verify its confidential environment, it stops processing rather than falling back to a less private mode. Provider incidents, security concerns, or abuse may require suspending hosted requests.
We will give notice of material price or contract changes before they take effect. The service is provided as is, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.
